The versatile burger bun, you can pair it however you like!
The versatile burger bun: high-gluten flour, low-gluten flour and milk powder in a few quick steps, baked until golden and fragrant. Follow the steps for the best results.
Instructions
- 1
First, prepare all the ingredients.
- 2
Place all the dough ingredients except for the butter into the mixing bowl of the stand mixer. Start the mixer and mix the ingredients at low speed, then gradually increase the speed to knead the dough until it reaches a rough dough stage.
- 3
Add the softened butter and continue beating until it can stretch into a relatively firm, transparent film.
- 4
Gather it smoothly and place it into the fermentation box, ferment until it is 1.5 to 2 times larger.
- 5
After a simple degassing, divide evenly into 8 portions, gather and roll into balls, and let rest for 15 minutes.
- 6
The relaxed dough is degassed and reshaped into a round shape, placed into a mold, and put into the oven to ferment until about 90% full. Then take it out, spray a little mist of water on the surface, and sprinkle some white sesame seeds.
- 7
Place in the preheated convection oven and bake at 150°C for 22-25 minutes.
- 8
After baking, take it out directly, let it cool, cut it open, and pair it with your favorite ingredients and sauces.
