Stir until it forms a flaky texture.

  5. 5

After kneading into a dough, let it rest for five minutes and then continue kneading for about three more minutes until the surface is smooth.

  6. 6
    Step image

Pour 5 grams of vegetable oil over the surface of the dough, spread it evenly, and let it sit for five minutes.

  7. 7
    Step image

Take out the dough and knead for about 3 minutes, kneading all the vegetable oil into the dough.

  8. 8
    Step image

Cover the dough and let it ferment until it doubles in size.

  9. 9
    Step image

Take out the fermented dough, press and flatten it into a rectangular thin sheet to release some of the gas.

  10. 10
    Step image

Prepare a rectangular baking pan, brush it with some oil, and line it with parchment paper. Spread the fermented dough evenly in the baking pan, pressing it flat and spreading it out, making the edges a little higher.

  11. 11
    Step image

Use a fork to poke several rows of vents, allowing air to pass and preventing bulging, and also making it easier for the aroma to permeate the pastry.

  12. 12
    Step image

Cover with plastic wrap or a lid, and let it rest for 15 minutes.

  13. 13
    Step image

First, spread a layer of melted butter on the surface of the dough.

  14. 14

    Spread another layer of ketchup.

Spread a layer of shredded cheese, then a layer of diced sausage, a layer of chopped onions, season with salt and pepper as desired, and finally top with another layer of shredded cheese.
