Thousand-layer cake crust
Thousand-layer cake crust — milk, egg and low-gluten flour, pan-fried until the pancake changes color and bubbles appear, then. Follow the steps for the best results.
Instructions
- 1
Warm the butter in the microwave until it turns into a liquid. If you don't have a microwave, you can use other methods to melt the butter.
- 2
Put the cake flour and 200 grams of milk into a bowl and mix evenly with a whisk. Then add the remaining 200 grams of milk, mix evenly, and after that add 8 eggs, mixing evenly again.
- 3
Add the fine sugar to the heated butter and stir evenly. Let it cool down until it's not hot, then slowly add it to the batter bowl, stirring as you add. After mixing evenly, sift it once.
- 4
Use a small fire on the induction cooker (I used power level 600), heat the frying pan, then pour in a spoonful of batter, shake the pan to spread the batter evenly on the bottom, and fry until the pancake changes color and bubbles appear, then remove and set aside.
