Tofu Skin Vegetable Roll
Thin tofu skin sheets enclose a savory filling of stir-fried vegetables, egg, and seasonings, rolled up for slicing into pretty pinwheels that please omnivores and vegetarians alike.
Instructions
- 1
Ingredients are ready (you can choose any vegetables you like).
- 2
Add some oil and fry the eggs well.
- 3
Cut everything into thin strips.
- 4
Add the seasonings.
- 5
Add the egg pieces.
- 6
Stir-fry in the pan until half-cooked (no oil needed, but you can use it if you like).
- 7
Let it cool a bit after finishing.
- 8
While the vegetables are cooling, we prepare the tofu skin. Cut one sheet of tofu skin into about 6 to 8 small long pieces (not too small or too narrow, as pieces that are too small are difficult to roll).
- 9
Place a small piece of tofu skin at the bottom, add a large spoonful of the stir-fried vegetables, and roll it up.
- 10
Wrap each one well and place them on a plate, then steam for about 6 minutes. (Brush some sesame oil on the bottom of the plate to prevent sticking).
- 11
Extremely fresh and delicious, looks good and tastes good 😋
