Tomato Corn Pork Rib Soup
A tangy, gently sweet soup of pork ribs dusted with starch, simmered with corn and tomato until tender for a bright, comforting family broth.
Instructions
- 1

Clean the ribs, add a little starch, and rub evenly. Set aside (this will make the braised ribs a bit more tender).
- 2

Cut the tomatoes and corn into pieces, set aside.
- 3

Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, enough all at once. Then add the ginger pieces. Bring to a boil over high heat, then add the ribs. (Since starch was added, the ribs should be placed in the pot one by one)
- 4

Continue adding the corn and switch to medium heat to simmer slowly. After about 30 minutes, add the tomatoes and simmer over low heat.
- 5

After the tomatoes are ripe, add the red dates. Simmer on low heat for a while and it's done.
- 6

Let's start eating, hahaha!
