A tangy home soup where tomatoes and wood ear mushrooms boil in a ginger-scented broth, then velvety pork slices and tender pig liver are added for a rich, iron-tinged finish.
Instructions
- 1

, wash the tomatoes, peel them, and slice them,
- 2

Cut the lean pork into thin slices, then add a little salt and starch to coat and set aside.
- 3

Sliced pork liver (I used cooked pork liver)
- 4

Soak the wood ear mushrooms in advance and wash them clean.
- 5

Add a little oil to the wok and stir-fry the shredded green onions and ginger until fragrant.
- 6

Add an appropriate amount of hot water,

Pour in the tomatoes and wood ear mushrooms, and boil for 3 minutes.
- 8

After the tomatoes are cooked soft, add the pork liver, salt, chicken essence, and a little sugar to adjust the taste.
