Bake the bun in the oven for a while.
- 5

Pour oil into the pan, scramble the eggs and take them out.
- 6

Add a little more oil and stir-fry the green onions and garlic until fragrant.
- 7

Add the tomatoes and stir-fry until they release their juice, then add Sichuan pepper powder and black pepper powder and stir-fry evenly.
- 8

Add the green beans, shiitake mushrooms, daylily, and diced green beans, and stir-fry a couple of times.

Add two spoons of tomato paste and one spoon of light soy sauce, and stir-fry evenly.

Put in the stir-fried eggs.

After the water boils, thicken lightly with starch.

Take a large bowl and ladle the soup into the bowl.
- 15

Break the baked buns into small pieces and soak them in, then start eating. My husband ate two bowls by himself, constantly saying it was satisfying.
