Tremella and Quinoa Porridge

Tremella and Quinoa Porridge

A chilled summer porridge of fresh tremella and quinoa pressure-cooked until the fungus releases gelatinous silk, best served cold with a delicate floral fragrance.

Instructions

  1. 1
    Step image

Wash all the ingredients and put them in the pot, and cut the white fungus into small pieces with scissors.

  2. 2

Rinse the quinoa and put it in the pot with all the ingredients, add an appropriate amount of water, bring it to a boil over high heat in a pressure cooker, then turn to low heat and cook for 10 minutes once it starts steaming.

  3. 3
    Step image

Fresh white fungus easily produces a gel, with a light and pleasant aroma. After being refrigerated for several hours, its texture is even better, making it perfect for summer. I heard that eating it regularly can make the skin moist, tender, fair, and radiant!
