Triangle Rice Ball
Triangle-shaped rice balls mixing steamed rice with corn, carrot, and mashed egg, bound with mayonnaise for a soft, kid-friendly snack.
Instructions
- 1
Steam the corn, carrots, and eggs and set aside.
- 2
Cut the carrot into small cubes.
- 3
The corn kernels are also chopped.
- 4
Crush the egg with a spoon.
- 5
Mix these ingredients together and add two tablespoons of salad dressing, then stir evenly.
- 6
First, steam the rice. My five-color glutinous rice was pre-steamed and stored in the freezer. Whenever I want to eat it, I just steam it for a while until it becomes soft and sticky. After the rice is cooked, I add the frozen glutinous rice and steam for another ten minutes.
- 7
Mix all the ingredients evenly to make the rice balls.
- 8
Put the rice into a triangular mold and press it firmly.
- 9
You can enjoy it wrapped in seaweed. This one with salad dressing is a bit sweet, and the taste is excellent!
- 10
Make a savory one, just mix it with rice evenly, no need to add any seasonings.
- 11
Brush a layer of oil on the surface of the frying pan, and fry the red sausage and ham sausage until both sides are golden brown, then set aside.
- 12
Heat a frying pan and add mozzarella cheese.
- 13
Wrap the sausage in rice, press the rice firmly, and set it aside.
- 14
Press the rice ball into the cheese that was just fried, sprinkle cheese on the other side as well, attach the sausage, and it is ready to serve.
