Vegetable and Silverfish Steamed Egg First Release
A soft baby-friendly steamed egg enriched with silverfish, chopped broccoli, carrot and short lengths of buckwheat noodles, steamed in two layered portions for balanced nutrition.
Instructions
- 1

Prepare all the ingredients. Choose a larger egg, cook the buckwheat noodles in advance, and blanch the carrots and broccoli as well.
- 2

Cut the noodles into small sections, but not too tiny.
- 3

Broccoli and carrots are chopped into small pieces (only a little is needed, and they can be replaced with other vegetables)
- 4

Beat the eggs, add a small amount of warm water, and stir into an egg mixture.
- 5

Divide it into two parts. Pour a little egg liquid into the buckwheat noodles, and pour most of the remaining into the silverfish. (Doing it this way makes the finished product look nicer; if you don't care, you can directly make it in one large bowl.)
- 6

Sprinkle a little salt to enhance the flavor.
- 7

Place into the container, lay buckwheat noodles on the bottom, and pour the silverfish egg mixture on top.
- 8

Steam in the pot for about 8 minutes.
- 9

After taking it off the stove, drizzle a little sesame oil on it, and it will taste even better.
- 10

The spoonful is generous and rich in nutrients.
