Vegetable Rice Roll
Fresh lettuce-wrapped rice rolls: warm seasoned fried rice is shaped into balls and swaddled in blanched, still-crisp leaves for a fun, hands-on, refreshing bite.
Instructions
- 1
First, stir-fry the rice (for the ingredients in the fried rice, everyone can use whatever they like to eat).
- 2
I prepared two types of vegetable leaves and chose the large leaves, washing them clean.
- 3
Boil water and add a little oil to keep the vegetable leaves green. Put the leaves in and cook for 30 seconds to one minute, depending on the size of the leaves.
- 4
Use kitchen paper to absorb the water and set aside.
- 5
Let the fried rice cool a bit, put on gloves and pinch a small ball, then place it on a leaf of vegetable.
- 6
Then wrap the leaves from both sides around it.
- 7
Then roll it up from the bottom to the top.
- 8
It looks better to use two shades of leafy greens (it's okay if you don't have them), prepare all of them in advance.
- 9
Crack an egg and cook it in a non-stick pan.
- 10
Put the vegetable rolls in (as shown in the picture) and use low heat.
- 11
Add cheese and seaweed, then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- 12
Looks good, tastes good, and fun 😄 Hurry up and make it together with the kids ✌🏻

Fragrant and delicious nutrition, try it with the kids 🥰
