Wakame and Meat Wontons
Wontons stuffed with juicy ground pork seasoned with scallion-ginger, soy and sesame oil, the wrappers cooked with wakame so the broth turns subtly briny and sweet.
Instructions
- 1

Grind the pork front leg meat into minced meat.
- 2

Clean the scallions and ginger thoroughly.
- 3

Cut the green onions into small sections and put them in a blender to crush.
- 4

Pour the chopped green onion and ginger into the ground pork, then sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of five-spice powder.
- 5

Pour in light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and salt.
- 6

Then pour in peanut oil and an appropriate amount of sesame oil.
- 7

Mix the filling thoroughly until even. The store-bought wonton wrappers are thin and tasty, making them easy and convenient to wrap.
- 8

Put the minced meat in the center of the wonton wrapper.
- 9

Moisten the edges of the wonton wrapper with water and fold it up.
- 10

Fold it in half once more and it will be wrapped.
- 11

After everything is packed, any leftovers can be frozen, so you can take them out and eat them anytime.
- 12

Pour water into the pot, and after the water boils, add the wontons and cook for 5 minutes.
- 13

Add chopped green onions and wakame into the bowl, then pour in light soy sauce and fragrant vinegar.
- 14

Pour in an appropriate amount of peanut oil.
- 15

Pour the boiling wonton soup into a bowl and soak the wakame.
- 16

You can start eating as soon as more wontons are added.
