Waterless Woven Flower Bread
Waterless Woven Flower Bread brings high-gluten flour, egg and yeast together and is baked until golden and fragrant. Easy to follow with simple step-by-step instructions.
Instructions
- 1

Add sugar and yeast to the flour.
- 2

Add 4 eggs.
- 3

Add 40g of cooking oil (no need to add water).
- 4

Bread machine kneads and ferments the dough.
- 5

Take it out onto the work surface and knead it into a dough ball, ready to make a braided bread.
- 6

Divide into 2 portions and roll into balls.
- 7

Roll the dough into sheets of moderate thickness, then cut them into the desired strips.
- 8

Weaving thin strips of dough, with the bread dough on top, soon we will prepare to weave the pattern.
- 9

The dough with the patterns prepared turned out quite well.
- 10

Made a slightly smaller one again.
- 11

After finishing the second dough, the first one has already completed its second fermentation (originally planned to bake two together, but now can only bake the first one that was prepared). Sprinkle an appropriate amount of dry flour on the dough, preheat the oven for 5 to 10 minutes, bake at 160°C for the upper heat and 150°C for the lower heat for 18 to 20 minutes (depending on the size of the bread), and cover with parchment paper as needed to prevent burning.
- 12

The freshly baked finished product has very beautiful colors and patterns! So appetizing (using eggs instead of water, truly waterless bread)!
- 13

The enticing aroma of freshly cut bread, its golden color, beautiful patterns, and soft texture, make the whole family praise it endlessly.
