White Radish Tofu Soup
A light, homey soup where diced white radish simmers with pork until tender-sweet, then mushrooms, wood ear, and soft tofu cubes join for layered, gentle umami.
Instructions

Prepare the ingredients, rinse the radish clean, and set aside the wood ear mushrooms and radish.
- 2

Peel the white radish, remove the tough skin, and cut it into small cubes.
- 3

Put two slices of ginger in a pot, along with a piece of lean meat or ribs, and bring to a boil for later use.
- 4

Add an appropriate amount of Supreme Soy Sauce to the soup for seasoning.
- 5

Add the white radish and cook until soft.
- 6

Cut the tofu into small pieces.
- 7

Slice the shiitake mushrooms and shred the wood ear mushrooms.
- 8

- 9

Finally, add the tofu and bring it to a boil.
- 10

Add an appropriate amount of salt and pepper to taste.
