Whole wheat egg pancake, just mix it up and it's delicious, soft and filling.
Soft, filling breakfast pancakes made by whisking whole wheat flour, eggs, milk, and sugar into a silky, twice-sifted batter, then cooked gently in a lightly oiled pan.
Instructions
- 1

First, mix 150 grams of whole wheat flour, 3 eggs, 250 grams of milk, 30 grams of granulated sugar, 20 grams of vegetable oil, and 10 grams of condensed milk (optional) until there are no lumps.
- 2

Then sift it twice to remove large particles, making the batter smooth. The batter should flow when scooped with a spoon and drip in thin lines.
- 3

Heat a non-stick pan and add a little bit of oil. Depending on the size of the pan, pour 1-2 tablespoons of batter at a time, and rotate the pan to spread the batter evenly.
- 4

Cook over low to medium heat throughout. When the surface of the batter is no longer flowing, flip it and continue to fry until both sides are golden brown.
- 5

Just spread it on a plate, and you can eat it once it cools down a bit.
