Instructions
- 1
Chives, eggs, and other necessary ingredients are ready.
- 2
Mix whole wheat flour and all-purpose flour in a 1:1 ratio until even, combine with boiling water to form a flaky mixture, let it cool for a while, knead into a dough, and rest for thirty minutes, kneading several times in between if needed.
- 3
All the ingredients are cut and plated, and the scrambled eggs are added together.
- 4
Add five-spice powder and ginger powder, then pour hot oil over to bring out the aroma.
- 5

- 6
Roll the rested dough into strips, cut into pieces of equal size, and then roll out the dough pieces.
- 7
Put in an appropriate amount of filling and wrap it up.

Wrap them one by one and place them in the steamer basket.
- 9
Steam in a pot of boiling water for twenty minutes after it starts to produce steam.
- 10
Crush the garlic into a paste and stir-fry it in hot oil to release the aroma, then add salt, vinegar, and soy sauce to make a sauce.
