Wild Berry Queen Cake, representing good blessings and wishes
Wild Berry Queen Cake: egg, granulated sugar and low-gluten flour in a few quick steps, baked until light, fluffy and golden. Easy to follow with simple step-by-step instructions.
Instructions
- 1

Beat the eggs with sugar until emulsified and pale.
- 2

Sift in the flour and mix evenly, then add the melted butter and milk and stir until combined.
- 3

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
- 4

Line the mold with a circle of parchment paper, then pour the batter into the mold.
- 5

Place the mold in the middle layer of the oven and bake for 30 minutes, then take it out to cool and unmold.
- 6

Whip the cream until it reaches a stable consistency. Take 1/4 of the cream and mix it with 5 drops of color, then spread it evenly on the surface of the cake.
- 7

Place 1/4 of the white cream into a piping bag and pipe a circle of rosettes on the top layer of the cake.
- 8

Mix the remaining white cream with 3 drops of coloring, take half of it and put it into a piping bag, then pipe a circular pattern on the middle layer of the cake.
- 9

Finally, add 4 drops of coloring to the remaining cream, mix well, put it into a piping bag, and pipe round flowers on the bottom layer of the cake.
- 10

Sprinkle sugar beads on the surface of the cake, and decorate the edges with edible flowers and fruits.
