Winter Melon and Lean Pork Soup
A cooling summer soup pairing translucent winter melon slices with tender starch-marinated pork shreds in a clean, light broth that hydrates and soothes without heaviness.

Peel and wash the winter melon, then slice it. Cut the lean meat into thin strips.
- 2

Add a small amount of salt, pepper, light soy sauce, and starch to the shredded meat and mix evenly.
- 3

Add a little oil to the pan, then add the winter melon slices and stir-fry for a moment.
- 4

Add an appropriate amount of salt and continue to stir-fry for a while.
- 5

Add a large bowl of water, cover the pot tightly, and bring to a boil.
- 6

After cooking for about seven to eight minutes, add the shredded meat, cover tightly and cook for about two minutes until the meat is fully cooked, then remove from heat.
