Winter Melon Meatball Soup First Release

Winter Melon Meatball Soup First Release

Hand-chopped pork meatballs seasoned with soy sauce, pepper and Sichuan peppercorn water are poached with winter melon slices for a tender, delicate soup.

Instructions

  1. 1
    Step image

Prepare the ingredients: winter melon, pork, ginger, green onions. Seasonings: starch, soy sauce, pepper, salt, chicken bouillon.

  2. 2
    Step image

Pork slices are chopped together with ginger and the white part of the green onion into a filling.

  3. 3
    Step image

Slice the winter melon, chop the meat into mince, and soak the Sichuan peppercorns in water.

  4. 4
    Step image

Add soy sauce, salt, MSG, and Sichuan pepper water to the minced meat and mix evenly. After mixing, add starch and mix evenly (you can add an egg white here to make the meat more tender, but I didn't add it because I don't like it. If there is a lot of lean meat, you need to add some boiled and cooled cooking oil).

  5. 5
    Step image

    Mix well and set aside.

  6. 6
    Step image

After the water boils, reduce to low heat, and squeeze the minced meat into meatballs and put them into the pot to set (if you can't squeeze them into meatballs, you can also shape them into balls by hand).

  7. 7
    Step image

After the dumplings are set, turn the heat to high, add the winter melon, and after it is cooked, add salt and chicken bouillon, then serve.

  8. 8
    Step image

Sprinkle with chopped green onions, and a winter melon meatball soup suitable for summer is ready~(≧▽≦)/~
