Winter Warm Soup Flower and Huai Shan Pork Soup
A collagen-rich winter tonic: gelatinous fish maw, starchy Chinese yam, and blanched pork are pressure-cooked long into a deeply restorative, silky broth prized for nourishing skin.
Instructions
- 1

Materials are as shown in the picture.
- 2

Soak the fish maw in warm water until soft.
- 3

Peel the Chinese yam and cut it into sections.
- 4

Put it in the pot. Today is a lazy day, just steam a bowl of rice on the soup.
- 5

After cleaning the fish maw, blanch it in boiling water to remove the fishy smell.
- 6

Blanch the meat in water to remove the odor, then rinse and put it in.
- 7

Put in cold water, covering the ingredients.
- 8

After 50 minutes in the pressure cooker, open the lid and cook on high heat for another 15 minutes.
- 9

I like green peas and just throw them in to cook.
