Xi'an Specialty Food ~ Oil-Splashed Dumplings
Xi'an-style boiled dumplings topped with scallions, garlic, and seasonings, then finished with sizzling hot oil poured over to release an aromatic, smoky, chili-fragrant punch.
Instructions
- 1

Prepare dumplings according to your family's appetite. You can use freshly made dumplings or frozen dumplings. Today I made dumplings with radish and pork filling.

Chop the green onions into small pieces, and mince the garlic.

Prepare the seasonings in advance to avoid being flustered.
