Xiu Huo Beef Sauce
Premium grain-fed Angus beef is simmered with wild hazel mushrooms, slender line chilies and aromatics into a chunky, deeply savory meat sauce.
Instructions
- 1

Selected Youkang Ranch grain-fed Angus beef tenderloin, with fresh and tender meat, originally cut with no additives, halal certified, cut into beef cubes.
- 2

Finely chop the ginger
- 3

Selected wild Northeast hazel mushrooms, known as 'mountain delicacies,' are smooth and refreshing, delicious in taste, rich in nutrients, and finely chopped.
- 4

Select pure natural Shaanxi chili peppers, with moderate spiciness and a strong aroma. The fruits are slender, oily, and have few seeds. They can be taken internally to expel parasites and applied externally to treat frostbite. Cut into fine pieces and choose natural vegetable oil, rich in plant essence, vitamin E, and linoleic acid. Use a small amount of non-GMO first-pressed prepared soybean paste, served in a small bowl.
- 5

Heat the pan, add an appropriate amount of vegetable oil, stir-fry ginger and hazelnuts together until fragrant, then add Youkang beef tenderloin, add chili, stir-fry until the beef changes color, add a small amount of salt, and finally add some broad bean paste and stir-fry together, with complete color, aroma, and taste.

Serve on a plate to enjoy. Or make canned beef sauce.
