Yam, Chicken Feet, and Conch Soup
A Cantonese-style nourishing soup of conch head, pork bones, and chicken feet slowly pressure-cooked with yam and red dates for a collagen-rich broth.
Instructions
- 1

Soak the conch head in water for a while.
- 2

Pork bones release bloody water; wash away the floating scum.
- 3

Cut off the nails of the chicken feet, blanch them together with conch heads, and wash clean.
- 4

Cut the conch into small pieces.
- 5

Peel the yam and cut it into pieces.
- 6

Remove the pits from the red dates.
- 7

Put the above ingredients into the electric pressure cooker, add water up to the 10-cup mark, and press the soup button to start cooking.
- 8

After the pot has finished venting, open the lid and skim off the fat.
- 9

Wash the goji berries.
- 10

Put it into the soup, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes. (Goji berries should not be cooked for a long time; add them after the soup is ready and then simmer for 10 minutes.)
- 11

The soup is ready. (The conch is salty, no need to add more salt)
- 12

Nourishes yin and enhances beauty.
