Yogurt Filling Egg-Flavored Toast
Little toast sandwiches spread with tangy unsweetened yogurt, dipped in beaten egg and air-fried until golden, delivering a custardy egg exterior with a creamy cool center.
Instructions
- 1
Cut off the edges of the toast, then stack 2 slices together and divide them into 4 small pieces, so that each small piece has 2 small slices of toast, one on top and one on the bottom.
- 2
Spread unsweetened yogurt on a slice of toast, then cover it with another slice of toast.
- 3
Beat an egg into egg liquid, and dip the toast pieces filled with yogurt evenly into the egg liquid.
- 4
Put it in the air fryer and cook at 160 degrees for 10 minutes.
- 5
The toasted bread is full of egg aroma. With a bite, you can taste the yogurt filling inside. If you want it sweet, you can spread honey or mayonnaise on the toast, but for those who are controlling sugar, that's not necessary; it's delicious just as it is.

Don't waste the cut-off edges of the toast either. Dip them in the remaining egg mixture, spray a little oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and bake in the oven at 160°C for 10 minutes. You'll get crispy salt and pepper toast sticks as a little snack.
