Yogurt Pudding Toast
Easy and satisfying, Yogurt Pudding Toast uses toast, yogurt and egg and is baked until the edges of the toast are golden brown. A great choice for family gatherings or a weekend treat.
Instructions
- 1
Prepare the ingredients, crack one whole egg and one egg white into a bowl, and put the remaining egg yolk into another bowl for later use.
- 2
Add thick yogurt to the whole eggs and egg whites and mix well
- 3
Add condensed milk and mix well. Note: If there is no condensed milk, use 10 grams of sugar instead. For thick yogurt, increase the amount to 100 grams.
- 4
Finally, add the cornstarch and stir thoroughly until smooth and free of lumps, and the yogurt pudding mixture is complete.
- 5
Line a baking tray with parchment paper, place the toast slices on it, and use a spoon to press down slightly in the middle to create a depression.
- 6
Evenly pour the yogurt pudding mixture over the toast slices; the recipe is just enough for four slices. Beat the remaining egg yolk and use a spoon to drizzle it over the surface of the pudding mixture, which can create patterns.
- 7
Preheat the air fryer oven (oven) in advance, set to 200 degrees with both upper and lower heat, place on the middle layer, and bake for about 15 minutes until the edges of the toast are golden brown.
- 8
Eat it hot right out of the oven, tender and smooth, fragrant and sweet, especially delicious~
- 9
Get it arranged~
