Lychee Glass Jelly
A translucent butterfly-pea jelly layered with lychee, set with jelly powder and sugar, then chilled into a glassy, gently sweet dessert.
Instructions
- 1
Prepare the ingredients, and soak the butterfly pea flowers in clean water first.
- 2
Boil 200ml of water, add butterfly pea flowers, and turn off the heat.
- 3
Add the white jelly powder and white sugar and stir until completely dissolved. The butterfly pea flowers will gradually turn blue. The more butterfly pea flowers there are, the deeper the color will be. You can adjust the amount of flowers and the time they soak in hot water according to your preferred color. Once you see the blue color you like, remove the flowers.
- 4
Peel and pit the lychees, put them in a food bag, then pour in the jelly water and seal it (as shown in the picture). Then put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
- 5
After the jelly sets, sprinkle some shredded coconut on top for decoration, then check in and share it on your Moments while enjoying it beautifully 🤩
